After the Révélations exhibition at the Grand Palais in 2019, this exhibition in the legendary auction house is a new prestigious recognition for the work of the craftsmen, who have been able to highlight the originality of their know-how through original proposals.
Among the work of 28 artists from 15 African countries, the Espace is exhibiting four large wicker baskets, embroidered and beaded, made by the women of the Jean-Félicien Gacha Foundation’s workshops in Bangoulap, in western Cameroon.
